To maintain our strict quality standards, items that are highly sensitive to creasing or bending (such as our Large Sized Jute Bags) are packed and shipped completely flat in rigid, volumetric sleeves so they arrive in perfect condition.


1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Milestone
We believe in honest, fair shipping charges based entirely on the packed weight and size of your order.
  • Orders Over ₹1,500: You automatically unlock 100% FREE Prepaid Shipping anywhere in India!
  • Orders Under ₹1,500: Standard shipping tiers apply at checkout based on package weight (ranging from ₹79 for light packages up to ₹180 for large, volumetric items).
💡 Shopping Tip: Add any small accessory or low-cost item to your cart to easily cross the ₹1,500 mark and skip the shipping fee entirely!


2. Delivery Timelines (Eco-Surface Network)
To keep our prices affordable for you, we ship our packages via reliable National Eco-Surface Couriers(including Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax).
  • Major Metros & Hubs (e.g., Bengaluru to Delhi/Mumbai/Calcutta): 7 to 9 business days.
  • Regional / Southern India: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of India & Remote Zones: 8 to 12 business days.
Please note: Transit times do not include a 24-48 hour processing and dispatch window at our studio. Deliveries are carried out via surface road transport and may experience minor logistical delays during major holiday shopping seasons (such as Thanksgiving, and Christmas).


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
We gladly offer Cash on Delivery to make your shopping experience stress-free! To protect our small business from fake orders and high logistics handling costs:
  • COD Verification: All COD orders require a quick, automated mobile OTP or WhatsApp verification before we dispatch your package. Unverified orders will be placed on hold.
  • COD Handling Fee: E-commerce couriers charge a cash-collection premium. A flat ₹50 handling feewill be applied at checkout for all COD orders, even if your cart total qualifies for Free Shipping.
  • Save Instantly: To skip the ₹50 handling fee completely, simply select any secure pre-paid payment method (UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card) at checkout!


4. Order Tracking & Real-Time Alerts
The moment your package is scanned by our courier partner at our doorstep, you will receive an automated SMS and WhatsApp update containing your tracking link. You can trace your package's truck journey across state lines in real-time.

5. Damaged Shipments
All items—from fragile goods like mugs and photoframes to flat-packed parcels—are securely packed to resist transit handling. However, if your package arrives visibly compromised or damaged by the courier company, please take a quick photo or video before opening it and contact our support team at rvkgbrl@gmail.com within 24 hours so we can issue a replacement.
